Who am I?

Hi! My name is Karina Renee Bettis and I am a licensed Cosmetologist and a Nutrition major at Arizona State University. I have a growing passion for nutrition and its direct connection to health of our hair, skin and nails.

When I was in cosmetology school I learned a lot of valuable information with regards to what our hair, skin and nails can tell us about our internal health. I was interested in the connection cosmetology has to health and that nutrition plays a huge part in the overall integrity of our physical appearance. 

I came up with the concept beautiful nutrition because makeup, serums, hair extensions and other beauty treatments are great to an extent but I am here to discuss and discover how proper nutrition can help you achieve that naturally beautiful look you spent so much time trying to achieve with topical and artificial treatments.
